If you are interested in becoming a Waxhaw Farmers’ Market vendor, please download the necessary documents using the links at the bottom of the page. Begin by reading the RULES AND REGULATIONS to see if your product qualifies. Please note, we are a producers only market, which means all of our farmers and artisan vendors grow, raise, bake, or make the items they sell.
Next, please fill out the VENDOR APPLICATION form completely. If you are a baker, cook, canner, meat or dairy product producer, etc., you will be required to provide the market with a copy of the appropriate inspection certificate(s). It is your responsibility to understand and follow all county, state, and federal requirements regarding your business and food safety. The North Carolina Department of Agriculture (NCDA) is a good place to start in order to understand the requirements.
Fees for membership include a $100.00 annual membership fee and a weekly $8.00 fee for a 6.5′ by 10′ booth space. Larger booth spaces are more. Booth fees are collected weekly.
If you would like to become a vendor, please send the following:
1. Completed Application
2. Copy of Applicable Inspection Certificate(s)
3. Your signature on the bottom section of the last page of the Rules & Regulations
4. $100.00 annual membership check made out to the Waxhaw Farmers’ Market, Inc.

The Board of Directors reviews applications on a monthly basis. No application will be considered until all required items (items #1 – #4 above) are received. Your $100.00 membership fee will be returned to you if your application is not accepted.
